Excellent present!  I look forward to testing this version.  I admit to having fallen way behind with my Profiler database updates, largely due to lack of time but also because it was often difficult to get the information you need easily input.  No longer an issue; I can see this holiday time being taken up refreshing my TV episodes information! :)

I have found that for me the Firefox extension doesn't work at the moment.  The interface loads, it just doesn't act on anything you do and never imports any details from IMDB.  happy to give you any further information thats pertinent; I've been a bit scant on detail there.

No such issue with the standalone version.  I have been able to grab some episode details for Smallville season 5 very easily.  My second item is a HD release of National Lampoons Xmas Vacation.  Cast seems fine; Crew is missing the director at the moment, it's not imported from the web page.
