Right, I made it a little (150 ms per credit) slower to help preventing
this specific error. I'm surprised you noticed it :)

I tested again here with 0.3 and it worked as expected. For testing, I
actually changed my code to always add the name as if it didn't exist
yet, and the "already exists" error message was always successfully
dismissed. Are you sure you are running v0.3?
