Those last few need fixing - trying to establish sound editors from film 
editors is a fine balance, that obviously isn't quite right yet. As a 
side-note, I'm going to remove foley editors and the like from the 
defaults, because crew lists are getting out of hand IMHO. I will 
include easy-to-follow instructions for putting them back in if you wish 
- I know many people want to track foley editors etc as sound crew.
