Changes in 0.8 preview 3
------------------------
Added 'la' to middle name prefixes
Fixed stupid error that meant composers were credited as sound editors
Changed default credit for cinematography section to DP
TV crew credits can now key off episode number as well as title - should
fix *numerous* IMDb inconsistencies I've noticed.
Added basic translation support (load up program in text, scroll down to
near bottom and edit away. Lines 690-696 and 730-731 should contain all
displayed text)
Fixed issue when different name fields contained same content (e.g. Doug
  E. Doug)

Changes in 0.8 preview 2
------------------------
Role-matching is now case-sensitive (fixing that pesky New Line bug)
Names with 'the' (eg The Edge, Cedric the Entertainer) are now placed
solely in the first-name field.
Sir, Dame added to 1st name prefixes
St/St. added to last name prefixes.

Changes in 0.8 preview 1
------------------------
TV Crew based on episode lists. If a crew member has an episode name in
their role, they are considered for inclusion/removal based on list
found in guest cast page. If the crew member does not have an episode
listed, they are included anyway.
Removal of 'year' text from role names.
Fixed the crew regressions from 0.7 preview 2 -> 0.7 final.
Crew should have some speed improvements, but my net connection is flaky
today so it's hard for me to tell!
I've also removed the code that stopped invalid crew words being allowed
after colons (e.g. Executive Producer:New *Line* Cinema), because there
were many, many bad crew slipping through the net because of it eg Sound
Mixer: second unit. If anyone has a suggestion on how else I can
seperate the good from the bad, I'm willing to hear it!

Changes for next version
----------------------------------
Removal of cast/crew based on years present. Harder than it looks due to
things like (1997-1999, 2000-2001, 2003-) all being present for the same
person...

I actually wrote code for this, but it was breaking existing bits, so
it's not currently enabled.
