Hi,

first of all thanks to Doug for the most useful DVDFolks tool and for
hosting this list.

I have written the Crew2Profiler utility that will import crew members
from DVDFolks into DVD Profiler. As long as the copy & paste
functionality isn't available for crew in Profiler, I hope this will
make the life of other guys lazy like me a little easier :-) Enjoy and
of course, let me know how it goes. I tested it with about 10 titles so
far without problems. Below is the ReadMe.

            Crew2Profiler
            =============

Purpose: An utility for importing crew members from Doug's awesome
           DVDFolks tool into DVD Profiler.
Author: Ralf Buschmann <caranthir2 at gmx.de>
 Download: http://home.arcor.de/caranthir2/crew2profiler.zip
  Version: 0.1

 Requirements
 ------------
 - Intervocative DVD Profiler v2.3.1
   http://www.intervocative.com
 - DVDFolks (currently tested with v0.7 Beta)
   http://www.dougweb.org/dvdpro/dvdfolks/

 Usage
 -----
 1. Run DVDFolks
 2. Navigate to the IMDB "full cast and crew" page for the desired title
 3. Click Next
 4. Select 'Crew' radio button and click Next
 5. Click Next
 6. Click Next and verify, click Next to display the XML. You may now
close DVDFolks (data is now on the clipboard and Crew2Profiler gets
    it from there)
 7. Run DVD Profiler, right-click the desired title and select "Edit",
switch to the Credits tab and click "Assign Credits" to open the
    Assign Credits dialog
 8. Run Crew2Profiler.exe. The utility now enters crew members into
DVD Profiler by simulating user input. Note that mouse and keyboard
input will be disabled while Crew2Profiler is running.

Crew2Profiler will handle names not yet in the database (automatically
adds them) and names already credited for the role. Crew2Profiler will
 never remove existing crew information.
