[DVDFolks] 0.8 final delay

(I've just spotted that this was saved as a draft, and not posted to the 
list last weekend when I wrote it. Apologies.)

As you know I had planned to release 0.8 today. However in between 
preview 5 and today, the issue of sound-related crew roles raised its 
head again. Preview 5 has the sound-related roles removed, which was to 
match what IVS implement for 2.3.2. Since then, it appears that that a 
reversal is to take place - 2.3.2 will feature *more* sound roles than 
before, and not remove them. Since 0.8 has waited for so long anyway, 
I'm going to wait to see what sound roles the next DVD Profiler beta 
features, and release 0.8 as soon as feasible after that.

Due to its extended testing cycle and large changelist 0.8 will also be 
the first non-alpha/beta release.
