[DVDFolks] Bad news on crew import

Version 0.4 of DVDFolks has been sitting nearly-complete on my hard 
drive for about a day now, the only thing holding back release was 
knowing the XML format for crew importation. (Ken after build 808 - 
"it's on the list for the next release"). After build 811, it now seems 
like he meant something else/changed his mind and that this won't be 
available until DVD Profiler 2.4.

Sorry folks! But I've done my part!

I'm in the middle of tweaking the interface, so that there's actually a 
reason for releasing another version.
