This is actually 2 bugs. The first being that 'von der' should be part 
of the last name, and that isn't currently in the list the program uses. 
(FIRST:Anneke/LAST: von der Lippe) is the ideal output here.

Anyway, because of this omission the program should currently output  
(FIRST:Anneke/OTHER:von der/LAST:Lippe). I'm not quite sure yet what is 
happening here - I'll debug it later on today when I've had some 
caffeine. The core routines seem OK (well they work on van and van der), 
so its probably something stupid like a typo.
