OK - this sorta fixes the ampersand issue.

DVD Profiler still moans (cannot save actor information), but seems to 
(a)take the input and (b)save the actor information....

James - you'll still have to import those last 3 names by hand, until I 
get TV cast sorted properly (next week!)

I'm off to bed, anything else will have to wait till tomorrow evening :-)
