[DVDFolks] [ANNOUNCE] 0.7 is ready

As many speed improvements as I can find (not that many)
More restricted elimination of crew (stops at 1st bracket/colon)
Adjust duplicate matching for TV regular cast
Guessed XML format for crew

Program now works with all imdb sites (www, uk, us, akas)
Crew rewritten - its significantly more robust now.
Remember previous cast now works for TV shows
'Hidden' settings are gathered in 1 place. You can access these by
loading the HTA in a text editor and scrolling to the bottom. Be *very*
careful how you change these! 'Hidden' settings are things like first
name prefixes, and what the program considers to be a sound editor (an
issue of contention!).
The Jill St. John issue should be fixed.
Double-initials are now split. Keeping them joined because the IMDb does
it isn't enough of an argument for me, and it's the only one that's been
put foward.
I've rewritten most of the 'help' text.
Ability to see original IMDb text in edit screen (hover).
Can delete actors (could before, but I didn't tell you how ;-) ) A
better method for this will arrive at some point before 1.0
Auto-detection of TV vs movie (means IMDb page is 1st screen again)
Per-season/episode TV control
