[DVDFolks] Some bugs/observations in 0.5

Width is OK now, but the scrollbar is now behind the step indicator,
just touching the top of the buttons.

Don't kill yourself trying to get it perfect. I have no problem
resizing the window a bit, or even customizing my version to work just
for me.
